COME PLAY WITH US!

Second Annual Vincent P. Gurucharri Golf Event.

Please join us at Columbia Country Club on September 20, 2010 for the 2nd Annual event to raise funds for this wonderful foundation. The event will be a four person scramble with a 1:00 PM shotgun start. We will have a silent auction of items donated for the cause.

Entry fee for each four person team is $400.00 and a large portion is tax deductible. An additional $100.00 will sponsor a hole for your team or organization.

Corporate sponsorship is $500.00 and will include your name or logo on golf towels presented to each player.

Registration is limited to the first 30 teams. Please respond soon so we can save your spot.

Checks can be made payable to the Vincent P. Gurucharri Foundation, a tax deductible organization.
